More info about my computer

Since last week, my computer has suffered a bad sickness: it would automatically shut down and re-start.At beginning it happened 2-3 time a day(the computer is always on), in the last 20 hours, 1-3 minutes after the computer completing StartUp,the computer shut down and restart. 60 seconds before every shutting down, a message would show up on screen,saying that the system will turn off and that the problem is relative to the system file:WINT/SYSTEM32/lsass.
At first I tried to delete the file but not allowed because the file may be used. Then I renamed it successfully. But the computer has become much worse. It can not complete StartUp at all.

Any instruction and help is greatly appreciated.
