2 ways to fix the problem

1) Windows Update
Perform a windows update with microsoft.com, install all recommended and security patches, then the virus will be removed, this is the most effectove way and is easiest. (during the update, hopefully ur comp wont shut down by the virus, and if u are using pirate windows xp, u need to change the product key to get acess to windows updates)

2) Virus Removal
Use a antivirus program to remove the virus, it not working, you can refer to the program's website they will provide u with the removal tool to clean it up.
