請教新120G硬盤事宜

各位，我買了個120G硬盤，結果在win2000的Computer Management的Storage Tool裏隻顯示114G，這正常嗎？在我準備格式化它時，係統顯示是117xxx MB。這個我想是117xxx X 1024 = 120G。但我不懂為什麽會顯示那個114G。
