SOS, COMPUTER SHUT DOWN EASILY

The o/s of my computer is window vista. Every time it has a
pop up massage to ask me to install a security protection. My friend said that
I don’t need to buy; I can download from Microsoft site for free. So he
downloaded one for me. now it is even worse. I turn on my computer for 2
minutes, it will automatically shut down.

I can not even uninstall the program that he had installed.
Now, if I re-install operating system, my files will be gone. I can not even
save the files because it just shut down in 2 minutes. Any better solutions?
