Can it be unlock again in China?

I did not fully try it in US. 

When I unlock it in US, I used to TMobile SIM card. The TMobile SIM has no service. When I first pop in the SIM card, the phone said unrecognized card. After I unlock the phone, it recognize the SIM card. But since the card has no service, the unlock is not fully tested.
