I don't have the phone in front of me. Can you tell me where the "Call" is and step by step information for changing the "Call"?

From the instruction I got, it looks like setting->security->enter code->reboot, then change the network to use GSM/UMTS dual mode. What is the step to change the "Call" instead of the network?
