We had similar experiences when we first started to use Rynga. H

after carefully reviewed our call logs, we found out that Rynga only charg FUP after we repeated dial one number in a short period of time, within minutes.  Then we tried to wait at least 20-min or so before making next call.  We have not had FUP charges for more than a year.  Maybe you could give it a try.
