請求幫助, 急!!!

我前些天用電騾下了Norton AntiVirus 2003. 沒想到今天收到我的ISP的email, "我的IP被Norton AntiVirus的產家Symantec監測到說我違反了Copyright, 我的Internet Access 在兩天內就要被斷掉, 除非我能提供沒有非法使用或不再是用Norton AntiVirus 2003的證據". 請各位大俠出出主意, 我該怎麽辦? 非常感謝!
