接Modem可以上網，但接了Router 或 Switch都不能上網？

我把電腦接在CABLE MODEM上可以上網，但接到ROUTER OR SWITCH 後都不能上網。接ROUTER 後 RE-SET，但是設置主頁也不出現。按理說，接SWITH不需要設置，但也能上網，顯示燈都正常。電腦都顯示：Internet Status: Limited or no connectivity. 我換了新了CABLE線也沒用。請高手指教。
