對，Modem是好的，先把Modem及Router接上電腦

reset the router,

from your PC Start-》Run->type cmd-> type ipconfig,

you should get default gateway, such as 192.168.0.1. anything begine with 192.168.

if you do not get default gateway or your default gateway is 0.0.0.0, then your router is bad.

那麽你必須更換Router，到Ebay買WRTU54g，其價格及性能比都比較好。不可能用Switch，因為你的Network沒有DHCP服務，DHCP是分配IP的服務。

也可以買Modem和Router一體機，例如SBG900，更換Modem時要通知Cable公司。
