c++學習求教

小弟自學c++基本知識基本掌握，正找到一個機會通過編一個簡單的數據處理程序，進行提高。

請教各位高手
1. 推薦一個compile, debug軟件，我看書上有個不知道什麽名字的軟件text editor, compile, debug三合一。
2. 想編一個數據處理程序，就是把數據從一個csv文件提取寫入另一個txt文件。不知道有沒有類似的例子，可供我參考，比如有沒有什麽書，論壇或者，提供類似的example.
