Report to BBB. When I switched from Verizon

to ATT, I used only 10 days in that month but Verizon insisted to charge me the full month. Customer service told me that's their policy. I did a google search, many people complained the same thing. I reported to BBB. I didn't expect to get money back, just wanted to add a complain on their record. But Verizon refund my unused portion in a week.
