verizon prepaid 手機 轉 pageplus 問題

手機是verizon prepaid的,已經在verizon超過半年了,現在想轉到page plus.
曾經在pageplus port in 了一次,好像沒成功.
給pagePlus打電話也打不通.
verizon的狀態是計劃剛過期3，4天.
請教這種情況下怎麽辦最好?
