上來掛個急診！！！

我的電腦什麽影音播放軟件都裝不上，提示“This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action.Create an association in the Set Associations Control panel”。電腦裏原有的影音播放軟件也沒有聲音隻有圖像。我不懂電腦，就感覺好像少了什麽東西。大家幫我診斷一下哈。看不了電影了，急啊！！！！
