請教出入自在和各位大俠關於VOIP無法打進來的問題

我的基本設置是：
ATA: SPA－1001,
Router: Netgear MR814 v2(or 3?)
Incoming number: 從Localphone 買的。484-xxx-xxxx.

Line 2: Rynga.com， 這條線主要用於打中國， 一切正常.不需要打入功能。

Line 1: Localphone.com, 這條線的設置是按照出入自在大俠的指點，＂新發現：一條線上用不同Voip providers打進打出的方法， 3.ATA 和router的 設置＂。
隻有最後兩項（第１７ 和 第１８）不太明白。
我是這樣設的：在Router admin panel, selected "Port Forwarding"，自己加了兩項服務， "Server IP Address" 用的都是ATA's IP。

往外打時，對方可以看到我的號碼。但是無法打進來。It always says that "the person is unavailable, and please leave message", etc。

請各位大師指教。如果需要詳細設置，我可以用悄悄話傳給截圖等。
