Display name [Full Name]; User ID [SIP ID]
Password [SIP Password]; Auth ID [SIP ID]
you must figure out the settings for this company, your CID is assigned after you login from the server, it is just like SipGate. So that on User ID and Auth ID you should use both the SIP ID.
