請推薦幾個能打往中國的VOIP Providers 接收信用卡

出入自在大俠曾經推薦過Rynga 和 Nonoh, 但是現在都不接收信用卡付款了.
還有哪家提供打往中國的服務並且收信用卡? 我試過Western Union, 手續費要＄１４.
