網絡電話從DSL 換到CABLE 後怎麽不能用了?

我的網絡電話在DSL 上用的挺好, 為什麽接到鄰居的cable +wirelss router 上就沒聲了? 撥 ****110# 後提示的IP 地址是0.0.0.0, 這是怎麽回事? 謝謝幫助
