各位大蝦，托各位的福，本人順利在Inspiron 600m stalled Ubuntu 9-10. The system booted up alright, with ubuntu drivers coming with the CD iso. However, I have the following questions, please help:
1) wifi reception is not as good as in XP. The built-in wifi card is intel 2200BG. How to update drivers, if new ones are available?
2) Similarly, the display is sluggish, which I thought a driver issue too. I believe the video card is an ATI mobility radeon 9000. Any suggestions on its driver?
3) Networking: I found that I could not access Time capsule. Also, when I try to connect to a NAS (shimpeshare, which is Linux based, I believe), while I have no problem accessing a share not protected by password, Ubuntu does not accept my login credentials for the pw-protected share (I did key in the correct pw).
4) do I need a anti-virus software for the ubuntu system? I plan to have it connect to internet for viewing online movie (such as those offered by tv.sohu.com).
