經驗：電腦要經常整理碎片才不會變慢

很奇怪，電腦變得越來越慢了，就像舊電腦一樣了，
本來的設置為
1，disable automatic updates
2， disable system restore
3, visual effects set to "adjust for best performance"

想不出別的招了，試試 defragment，花了一夜，終於還我一台快電腦了。

問題：為什麽會化一夜 defragment? (XP Pro, 2G mem, 3.2G CPU, 160G hard drive sata)
