windows vista 1607 錯誤

1607 Unable to Install InstallShield Scripting Run Time

俺要給windows vista 裝一個程序，結果老出這個錯誤。按照網上找來的寶典，結果是xp的，好像對vista不起作用，好多文件夾都找不到。請問大家這個問題大概應該如何解決，急。謝謝
