請問如何傳一個較大的數據

國內的朋友有個較大的文件要給我,大約上百兆,請問有什麽辦法
通過網絡傳給我,因為該文件比較重要,請大家多幫忙.

以前聽說有用FTP服務器的辦法,好象比較麻煩,是否有別的什麽
辦法.
