買了套無線鍵盤鼠標,係統顯示裝的配置軟件正常

但就是關機後就再也打不開,如果插會原來的有線的,兩套可以同時用,看關機也沒問題了,請問這是怎麽回事.我已經UNINTALL, REINSTALL兩回了,還是同樣問題.
