"halt on no errors" is not recommended.

When "halt on no errors", did you see any msgs on the screen?

anyway, when "all but keyboard" or "no errors" is set, the POST should continue even through "no keyboard presents" is printed. Tell me your PC and BIOS version. I will check for you if I have time.
