因文件名,目錄名,或卷標語法不正確,而無法刪除文件,我該怎樣

因文件名,目錄名,或卷標語法不正確,而無法刪除文件,我該怎樣他或是修改該文件呢?謝謝,因為就這麽兩,3個文件,占個500多兆,想格,別的東西又沒地方放.
