1.
Start -> run -> cmd (open dos window)

2.
Ctrl+Alt+Delete (open Task Manager)
then delete process "explorer.exe", now every thing should disappear from your screen. Don't worry.

3.
In dos window, "del target.file"

4.
In Task Manager window click on "New Task", enter "explorer"

5.
Done!!
