Symantec antivirus

請教， 我的電腦裝上norton的防病毒軟件後，由於出現問題，所以打算把它卸了重裝，可是卻無法卸，我已經把注冊表都清理幹淨，並且用norton的卸載工具也做了整理， 但是在control panel裏它還顯示存在。 並且我也無法在那裏卸載，每次卸載都無法完成。請指教！難道真要format電腦不成？
