ATA-133和SATA哪個好?

還是俺那新裝的機器，本來有個ATA-133的硬盤，和一塊Promise Ultra-133的卡。俺的新主板隻支持ATA-100, 不支持ATA-133

選項一: 買個SATA的硬盤
選項二: 使用老硬盤(ATA-133), 在主板上再插塊ATA-133卡。

選項二不要追加投資，問題是選項一性能比選項二好多少呢?
