xp 用不了CDrom，如何是好？

堂兄的winXP中毒，他在dell和MSFT helpdesk的光輝指導下，總算把window打開了。可是cd-rom,u*****,intranet都死了。我重裝drivers沒效。想重裝OS,因沒有cd-rom，也卡在哪。

各位高人，俺如何是好？
