又有問題來請教各位高手。 另外感謝充數幫我解決jkkji問題

每當我log off 或者turn off computer, 屏幕總是顯示關閉“ShellLconHidenWindow" program,和“hpqimzone.exe" 的窗口， 可是我scan computer後，沒有virus被發現。

這些是什麽，是virus嗎？怎麽解決？謝謝。
