如果你有hp的數碼相機、打印機之類，重新裝一下軟件。在啟動項目中檢查一下，把它們去掉，如果有的話。檢查Startup可以去start > run,運行指令msconfig，也可以借助於工具，例如 windows defender，它可以根據軟件商group，比較直觀，可去微軟下載，建議用它來殺木馬；超級兔子，可去www.pctutu.com，下載。
