宏觀的問題呼喚宏觀的回答

翻開任何一個CTO的招聘廣告或job desscription, 都會看到類似的‘高大上’的條件 - global thinking, deep knowledge of the technical area, keen sense of emerging tech trends, strong probem solving skill, strategic thinker, superb communication skills and decision-making ........這方麵的書籍可說是汗牛充棟但又大同小異。

假如我是這樣工作的申請人,我會做到熟記並能羅列出這些素質/能力, 但我更要做到的是能drill down into each of these by giving my own experience and examples.  

如果我是申請人的麵視官, 我不會浪費太多時間在這些high leve topics上。我會想辦法問一些能很好反映這些能力的問題,譬如: Tell me one or two challenging problems/projects that you (and your team) have solved/handled. What was your thinking then and why?
