如何處理

現做一項目有一技術主管（不是我的manager，老印）。他是第一次做這方麵。我花了很多心血用script寫成隻要run一個button。他就要我和他share.  他也想run。

若給他，

1）他可做所有high visibility的事without me。那我在這項目中的貢獻就會被他拿去。

2）他不會，經常要來問。占用我的時間。

3）問更多，就象駱駝先伸進一個腳，再身子....
