not appreciate what you have done....

問題是我是具體case assigned the person, i need to solve the issue,, i was put in the bridge when system or service is down... I have to have find some way to make system up....i have a good way to slove it,,, but my boss think it is not good doing that because some colleage in my team complained me to him the way i am handling the case. I solved the issue but my boss doesn't appreciate it. He always saying you should not do that way, He likes me to say to people during the meeting that " this isnot related to our team issue, this is the other party's issue, we our team cannot do anything about it.> ".. I used to work other company, even my manger is not always satisfied with me, but he appreciate it  the fact that i solve the issue which other team member cannot solve.....I feel this is the culture, every one in their team tried to put the fault to other department....if something happened
