B has really good work ethics.: as a new comer in xxxx, he has shown great curiosity and been eager to learn new things and tried to solve complex problems with cross functional teams.....(可以展開說點實列。著重描寫你怎麽 幫她的）

B is a good team player When he has questions, he has always been proacitve to reach out to colleagues who has more experience for opnition and advice. and once he has a good understanding of the situation and possible solution, he will take the project from initiation to completion (不懂你們的東西。你可以改一下）

Although B has some room to improve in XXX area, I do enjoy working with him as he is a quick learner and very collaborative colleague to be on the team.
