Workplace conflict, What should I do?

If someboday says that your 人品 in chinese is not good in the workplace, is that serious personal attack ?

It happened in the work. I needed to provide a supporting document for her work. I did my best and updated a few times after she had a few questions. But she thinks that I purposly didn't provide what she needed and delayed her work. Then on a phone conversition, she said that.

What do you think?  Purposely or not, it is really hard to argure with her if she already believes so.

But when it comes to 人品, I feel deeply insulted by her.  What should I deal with it? Please help!
