同事離職

最近兩位同事離職時，都在和直接領導辭職後，趕著在未宣布前，第一時間知會我。這是什麽意思

同事A，同一個領導下工作，有競爭有合作。表麵合作很好，但桌下的競爭也有。關係微妙。

同事B，cross functional colleague. 我不滿意她的工作表現。周圍的也是。她也感覺到了。找到新工作溜了
