感慨：剛剛在linkedin 上看見一個不怎麽樣的前同事，最近換到了一個很高的位置。

這位同事在我們這裏隻是個 senior individual contributor， 水平一般，嘴皮子不錯，幹活很喜歡偷懶。去年離開我們公司的，就找了個小頭的工作。剛剛注意到他又跳槽了，到了另外一家公司當了個大頭。這世界還是會磨嘴皮子的人混得開啊。
