offer 拿到了。 但是怎麽覺得對offer 裏麵這句話不理解，

After successful completion of your probation period, your employment may be terminated by
xxx at any time for just cause, without notice and without pay in lieu of notice.

就是說如果犯錯， 公司可以隨時讓我走人，既不提前通知， 也不付任何賠償。我記得過去的offer 都是without notice，  or with pay in lieu of notice.
