Can you help me understand what does it really mean?

I am working on a small ticket, I asked somebody a few questions, then I got this message:

"Also no need to bother me. We get questions all the time from devs that are working on larger projects".

What does it really mean? He desn't want me to bother him? Is it very rude to say that?
