大公司會幫剛入職的新員工賣房子嗎?

親戚有個大公司的麵試,公司在溫哥華,他在另一城市,公司麵試人說公司會把幫他把現在的住房賣掉. 從沒聽過這樣的事.有這樣的公司嗎?
