She may be "ignorant,"

 

but she has "audacity."  Her "audacity" can carry her a long way, which makes up for her lack of knowledge and lack of willingness to do the real work.  "管理" needs her "audacity" more, and she knows it.

In an office, you do not want to appear too comfortable.  If you do, the management will be uneasy, because they may appear to the upper management as not driving hard enough.

If you have been looking forward to going to your office each day, it is time to reexam what is there more than the paycheck.  You should at least be aware of what they are consciously.

When talking to your own manager, take care to listen more closely, to discern what his concerns are, and acknowledge to him that you understand and agree with his concerns, even if you do not have solutions at the moment.  This way, he'd be more likely to be responsive to you when you have a problem.

There is a saying: do not argue with an idiot, because people cannot tell the difference.  Or more politely, do not try to reason with someone who is irrational. (Sometimes, they have an agenda.)

So, hold your temper.  Do not even think about telling her off.  Be always respectful, professional, self-assured, and keep that business smile on your face.
