有人能分享一下Digital Interview 的經驗嗎？

今天下午收到一個email: Congratulations, you’ve been selected to participate in a digital interview! It will take you less than 10 minutes to complete and allow you the opportunity to further tell us about your skills, experience, and any other factors you feel would be an asset for the role. What to expect:

• We will ask you to record/answer three questions
• You will have the opportunity to:
  • review your pre-recorded responses before submitting
  • re-record your responses up to two additional times

Please note, you have four calendar days to complete your digital interview from the date you received this email.

還給了一個 best practice 的link. 看過之後我還是有點懵圈兒， 我在製藥行業，這種digital interview 是不是IT 行業常見的？
