Luckily, the people who got layoff recently, to my best knowledge and exprience, most of them are either incapable, or constantly making mistakes which cause loss to the busines, or doing nothing but claiming big credit, or having office affairs (married to married) to get promoted, or bullying others to get visibility etc. Me and other teammates are shocked about the accuracy of how HR and top executives lay off the bad apples this time. There must be some monitoring going on, and they must have done a lot research around all teams past 3 months. This way, I would give Kudos to the new executives and HR.
