I worked with some Indian before. Indian always use any opportunities to raise their voices, especially the less they know, the more they motivate to show they know (Well, not only Indian :)). To them, it is more about showing the difference they can make and visibility, even not in a good and smart way in our opinions. After all, most of the time, who would care about and look into the details between you two.
You can respond kindly and respectfully by pointing out the following two separately, or you might make yourself look bad:
1). I really like the 1,2, and 3 and will make changes accordingly.
2). It is good to know your thoughts about 4,5, and 6 – great personal preferences and no problem to go either ways.
I would try to keep the way it is if it is really personal choices but be careful not to make yourself look too tough to work with. He might be testing your boundry too, consciously or unconsciously.
