請問以什麽理由拒絕offer為好？

我三個星期前接受一個離家很遠的contract to hire offer,通過了background and reference check，準備一月初上班。但是上個星期我又收到一個full time offer，離家很近，正在做background check, 我想不去第一個公司上班了，請問以什麽理由拒絕為好？非常感謝。
