I think both 廢話多多 and 拉兄弟一把 have shared some valid and practical points depending on the specific situation and the company culture. Given no issues with politics, high EQ and IQ with great leadership are the way to go as 廢話多多 said. However, even if you have both high EQ and IQ with great leadership but not in a right political position, you could be out of the game sooner or later as 拉兄弟一把 said.
