As you already know I switched to XXX team. Here I want to say thanks to people who helped me in the pass 6 months. and I have to admit I have been struggling in this team. I don't want offense anybody in the team. I think It's good for me to find another team to make everybody happy.

今天沒有參加組裏的會. 給組裏發一短信。 組裏中有給過我幫助的人，我表示感謝。但更多的是不愉快的經曆。 我不想冒犯別人，但也不想被人欺負。換一個環境，對大家都好。
下午， 大頭叫我去他辦公室。他是我manager的manager. 來公司多年，從未有正式接觸。在公司變動的時刻，這種情況，很嚇人啊。可我還沒來得及緊張，他馬上補充道， nothing bad.
給了我一顆定心丸。
原來，他想了解一下我原組的頭（not my manager）。 我說，我不想在背後說別人。
他說，you got to say something, just between you and me.
我便述說了那件與頭之間不愉快的incident。
他問，頭是不是讓你測試所有的型號？
我不置可否。實說，沒有。但我知道他是從我的manager那聽來的， 而我的manager一定是誤解了我的意思。
我隻能避開他的問題，繼續講事件衝突。
有人來了，大頭中斷了談話。說再找時間。
以為離開原組，事情就完了。怎麽還驚動了上層？！我不想把事鬧大。對誰都不好。
