i carefully read ur post again, and agree with u. If

u cannot get rid of him, try to stay away from him. If u cannto stay away from him, try to get a new job. U brought a trouble in ur lab/working place. I heard about those kind of people. One, especially we from a different culture background, cannot tell if a person has problem unless staying long enough.
