如果同一天被解雇和拿到新offer

我周五收到電話口頭offer, 說明天周一會給offer letter. 跟目前的公司的關係一言難盡也許周一就會被通知走人，一旦這樣我應該當天告知新雇主這個termination嗎？我會馬上簽offer letter, 如果不說會怎麽樣？
